Pay is Competitive pay per day depending on shift model (sleep-included live-in vs. awake-shift rotations). All positions are W-2 employment with taxes withheld; no 1099. According to 24 Hour Home Care NJ, the household provides a private bedroom for the live-in caregiver per industry standards.
